Dissolve 1 tablet in 500 ml of water. Drink during sports activity. Maximum 2 tablets per day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Dissolve in water according to the recommended dosage. After opening, store at a temperature up to 25 °C and consume within 3 months.
