Pure L-glutamine in instant form. L-Glutamine is one of the most commonly found amino acids in skeletal muscle. Intake of quality protein with an optimal amino acid spectrum contributes to muscle growth, especially after strenuous physical activity.

Training days: basic daily dose is 5 g after training. Another dose of 5 g may be used in the evening before bedtime. Non-training days: you may discontinue the use or continue using a dose of 5 g twice a day. Use the last dose in the evening before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
1 flat scoop = approx. 5 g. Measure according to the recommended dosage and mix with sports drink. After opening, store at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C and use within 4 months.
Food supplement. Does not replace a varied diet. Not suitable for children and pregnant or nursing women. Keep out of reach of children. Keep away from heat, freeze, and humidity.
