Creatine is a naturally occuring substance in a human body. It is largely contained skeletal muscles and in our heart. Creatine can be obtained from regular food, such as beef, chicken, or rabbit meat. This loading method might have more of a psychological effect when the sportsman feels the effect of creatine already in a matter of days, but high doses can often cause digestive issue, mainly for more sensitive individuals.
Universally, it is not recommended for people younger than 18 years of age to supplement creatine and for people with kidney diseases, high blood pressure, or liver disease.
